Helping Diyon- Toronto

The Lotus Youth Council, together with the Ryerson University Sri Lankan Student Alliance, the University of Toronto Scarborough Sri Lankan Student Association, and Toronto Mahavihara, raised money for Diyon (whose mother was a victim of Toronto Van Attack).

Firstly, we would like to acknowledge that we have far exceeded our fundraising goal! This is a testament to the kindness and generosity of the human spirit and we are grateful for all the support received thus far. We Raised $359,857 through GoFundMe and that money is currently saved in Trust Fund under Diyon’s name.
